Information caravan

The Information Office caravan will be by the Waterfront, opposite the King’s Head.

You will be able to buy programmes and festival merchandise from here.

The Office staff are a mine of information about artists, venues, lost property, town facilities etc.

Opening hours —

Ask a venue or campsite steward if you need help when the Information office is closed.

Box Office

This is where you will be able to collect tickets and purchase tickets subject to availability

The Box office is open in the Swan Inn on:

Friday:    11.00am to 10.00pm

Saturday:  10am  to 7.30pm

The Box office is open in the Bridge House (Festival Office) on:

Sunday:   10am  to 7.30pm

Monday:  10.30am to 2.30pm

Festival Office

Here you will find both Artists Reception and Ticket collection for Stewards, Dance teams and Folk Clubs.

The Festival Office is in Bridge House on Waterside along the Waterfront before you get to the Boathouse. Please note that only the dedicated team member will be able to collect the team and Folk Club tickets.

Friday:   4.30pm  to  10.30pm

Saturday: 10.00am  to  7.30pm

Sunday:    10.00am  to  7.30pm

Monday:   10.30am  to  2.30pm
